They vary and depends on your email address.

The format is mail.[domain name] For example, if your email address is henrylawson@aardvark.net.au then the incoming and outgoing mail server names are mail.aardvark.net.au

eg: Incoming server: mail.aardvark.net.au

      Outgoing server: mail.aardvark.net.au

Remember when setting up the account in your PC email program that your email account name is your full email address. Many common email programs auto-fill just the first part (eg henrylawson). If recreating your email account on your PC, you will be asked for the type of mailbox. You are to select POP3.
